    • E-mail regarding the account set-up is sent to ALL e-mail addresses that are on record, which can include: @osu.edu, @buckeyemail.osu.edu, Applicant E-mail Address, Forwarding E-mail address (If forwarding)
Request
  • Log into http://my.osu.edu/, under "Change E-mail Delivery", select to deliver your lastname.#@osu.edu to BuckeyeMail.
  • Requests made through http://my.osu.edu may take place almost immediately, but please allow up to two hours for changes to propagate to BuckeyeMail.
  • To remove a student e-mail account, contact our office by using the Self-Service portal.  An account removal will take 3-9 business days.

Note: Students must have an activated Ohio State Username (lastname.#) before obtaining access to BuckeyeMail.
