The University E-mail Service anti-spam service is provided by Exchange Online Protection (EOP). EOP protects the university's inbound and outbound messages from spam, viruses, and phishing scams.
Suspect messages will be delivered to your Junk E-mail folder in Outlook Web App (OWA) or your e-mail client. Be sure to check your Junk E-mail folder regularly to avoid missing legitimate messages.
It is not necessary but you can update your junk e-mail settings via OWA or your Outlook client. However, the overall university junk e-mail settings will be applied before your personal settings.
